Charlie and carol....I liked your poem. This thread was very long but I'm glad I took the time to read it. Sounds like you have come a long way in five days. You might want to start a new post saying. "On top of things now and feeling better (both you and kitty).
My story is quite the opposite. When I found out my cat Nomad was diabetic was diabetic I was happy. I work in the human medical field and knew it was very treatable. I enlisted my coworkers to help me until I found this site. Good luck with your kitty things will get easier!
