Just finished the spreadsheet links and all, but I can't find it.

All it showed was part of what you see in the line above this message. What it showed began with the icon for linking, and ended with the arrows. Gonna be tough to enter anything in the spreadsheet, if I cannot access it.

I thought I did, but obviously not. I just hit share, and it asked or me to list people. In the instructions it said to be sure to scroll down to the share part and make sure there was a check in the share thingy. I did that, but there must be a step I missed.

I am still not seeing it--I had troubles setting it up when I joined--if you need help @Marje and Gracie is really good at it-I think she will have you PM her-

ok, on the spread sheet I did hit the blue square box on the upper right corner that says share. But the link does not include the preface ", nor does it have the last part Ti...mqYtg2mbM/edit?usp=sharing TiTi's spreadsheet
 
Click on the blue "Share"....a new box will open....at the bottom left, you'll see "Advanced"...click there...a new box will open....choose "anyone with the link"...hit "save"

Then copy the link and paste it

ok, I did do this, but the link was already in there, and it does not have the correct preface, url=, nor the correct suffix, TiTi's spreadsheet. It only has: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A3c9pMVSlhmgODUL5tP4L0_dPuoES1Gn1EmqYtg2mbM/edit?usp=sharing
 
Where's the link here?

Most of us put it in our signatures....go to the top right of the page and find your sign on name (Squiffer)....a drop down menu will show up and you choose "Signature".....a new box will pop up. In the Signature box, put your name/cats name, age, sex, date of diagnosis, type of insulin, type of meter, type of food, any other health issues and if you want, a location where you live

Then "copy" the link to your spreadsheet and "paste" it into the signature box too and hit "save"

OK...now I see the spreadsheet....if you want to "name it" (like "Titi's spreadsheet"), go to your signature box and type in the words:

Titi's spreadsheet

Then "highlight" those 2 words (like you were going to copy/paste them) and click on the little icon along the top that looks like a link in a chain....a new box will pop up for you to "paste" the link in....Hit "done"

I am at the box t where I scan paste in the link. Do you mean for me to paste in the whole link or just paste in "TiTi's spreadsheet"?
 
If you are in a PC laptop, then you missed an important step.

Open the SS in Google drive, in the upper left corner, click "file" and then "publish to the web" . A box will open; be sure "link" is underlined. Click "ok" where it says "publish this selection". Copy that link and it's the one you want to paste into your FDMB signature block.

Let me know when you finish that.

If you're in the Signature box, you have a choice....you can either just copy/paste the link right there (nothing special) or if you want to "name" your link (like if you look in my Signature you'll see our spreadsheet is named "China's SS 2016"

IF you want Titi's "named", you'd just type in the name you want to use (Like "Titi's spreadsheet") and then "highlight" those words (Titi's spreadsheet)....once they're highlighted, go to the little icons along the top of the box and click on the one that looks like a single link in a chain(it's the first icon on the left).....a new small box will come up for you to "paste" the actual link.....then hit "insert"

Then "save" the entire signature box

She hasn't got the correct link to put in her signature block. When people do it the way you suggested instead of going through "publish to the web", it can cause sharing issues.

So I'm trying to get her to step back a bit and publish it correctly.

I already did that. It was in the list of steps that you or someone published. I followed the list slavishly, but it still does not work. It still says "shared with me". I do not understand, by the way, what you mean when you tell me to copy that link and paste it into my FDMB signature block. I have already done a few things with that signature block now, so probably it is a confused piece of software by now.
 
Whatever you did, it's working just fine now!!! I can check it for you if you want. You would need to give me specific editing rights so just PM me if you want me to double check it.
