Good morning everyone, sorry iv'e been quiet. So, Junior was doing good then had to leave him in the hands of my boyfriend. He's totally not into it and hardly does any testing or shots. That's why I chose to lower the dose a tad not trusting he'd get it right. Looking like I shoulda had a little more faith! I don't think it was too bad though. Junior was just starting to be more calm for the ps tests, I don't know what Matt does to him but last night and this morning his a real pain to stick. Also, huge globs of dried blood on his ears from when Matt did it. :YMSIGH: Any way.......
I'm finally bringing Junior back to the vet tomorrow to test my meter against the alpha trak (and to show the doc how it's done!). And putting together a list of all the things I forget to ask him when we talk. URINE...... Now, both kitties have always gone outside. They only use the litter box if the weather is fowl and I could always tell they weren't happy about it. Junior's been doing the outside the box thing for a while now. Should this have ceased by now? He still climbs trees, has to jump out of an upstairs window through cat window then down a tree to pee outside, and will search for quite some time outside til he finds a good spot to do business. If I can get a sample today, i'm bringing it right in to the clinic. I can't imagine he's going outside the box because of pain trying to get in it. I can't believe I let this go so long without asking any of you or the vet. There is absolutely no visual of blood. Everything else about him is as if absolutely nothing is wrong with him.
I think i've been so into numbers, I forgot to pay attention to anything else
