Not bad Nelli. Jackson Galaxy has deterrent spray that works by motion. Maybe a few of them would help keep the Gerald away.

Found, (without much effort

These were grown in a raised bed full of mulch to keep them cool. Petered out by early June but came back full on, in October. This too, of course was then... 2008- summers hadn't felt the effect we feel today, of global warming.
Sue and Luci definitely have a spectacular showing, I must admit
