Just checking in on this beautiful Sunday fun day. I hope everyone is having a great day. 
I'm still working extra hours, so I haven't had much time to stop in. I did the other day but the site was down. This week has been full of contraband :-x . JuJu got into a box of cookies! He didn't actually eat any. He likely licked all of them, though. Then a couple days later I must have accidentally left KiKi's bag of treats out on the counter because the bag was ripped open and no treats were left. They ate all of them! Buttheads! Then I get a text message later that day saying his BG was 360 something. I was about to freak out because we just sent our vial of Lantus to Adriane and Prince. Then I realized the text was from, Adriane, talking about Prince's BG. Whew!
I would like to thank everyone for checking in on and helping Adriane manage Prince. She hasn't posted in a couple days but Prince is doing well. She had a Hypo scare lastnight. Prince's BG was in the 40's, so she gave him a reduction. Hopefully she will check in on the board.
I got home one night in the am and JuJu was on top of the fridge. I started towards him to get him down. Well, he decided to jump onto the breakfast bar instead. :shock: He fell short, smacked his rib area then fell onto his side. It's about a 4ft jump (2ft drop) from the fridge to the bar, then a 4ft drop to the ground. I was immediately worried he seriously hurt himself. nailbite_smile He jumped right up and started purring and head butting me. I had him walk around the house a bit to see if he was walking funny, he wasn't. Then I lightly squeezed his rib/stomach area to see if he would protest because of possibly being in pain. He seemed fine and thankfully is. My heart dropped for a second. It was awful watching him take a spill like that.
KiKi's appetite has returned to normal. We do have to sprinkle a couple treats on top of her food, though. She's spoiled :lol: Overall we're doing really well. Hopefully we can stay busy with work. It has really helped us get caught up.
