Jose's PSs keep getting lower AMPS 168

Jose got 1 unit last night and stayed in the greens most of the night. I want to keep him under 250 so his pancreas can continue to heal. Would .5 units be ok today? I'm using U40 needles so it's hard to eyeball anything smaller than that.

Can you get a second reading to make sure he is headed up? Or has he already eaten?
