I suspect another bout of Pancreatitis. Not much appetite and lethargic. He was doing so well the last few days. I am reading up on Pancreatitis and it says to withhold food so no enzymes get released. The vet gave me Cerenia to help him if he feels nauseous and I am 100% sure she told me to try to make him eat.
Confused

Yep, same link. Thanks so much ladies. The vet called me back and is getting me some Ondanestron ready for pick up. Joe seems much better today. Ate a good breakfast and walking around with his tail up in the air.

I'm so happy to hear Joe's feeling better and bushy tailed :p
Glad you're getting the Ondanestron at least you will have it when needed.
Have a good day Susan :cat:

Hi Smorg
Thanks a bunch for checking in. We are doing fine Joe is just on 2.75 with no testing and seems fine. Some days more hungry than others.
I had friends come by twice a day and help (open a can, unscrew a lid, basic help stuff and they all helped with his shot at first.
I am going out of my mind with this cast on my hand. The sling and wrap was fine as I could still make a tent and get a shot in. With this cast I can barely make a mini tent and might have had a fur shot a time or two. Two and half weeks to go.

Oh, happy to hear. And eating well, good good. If he gets low, I'm sure he will eat when he needs to.
I bet there are so many things you didn't realize wouldn't be possible with the cast. Fur shots can happen, not the end of the world!
Hang in there, hopefully you'll be back in fighting shape soon.
