? Jean Luc Revisits Juice: 12/4 AMP 243 2.5U

It has been many years, but my bouncing Jean Luc is back on the juice. We are trying to get regulated again. Not trying for remission just regulation as he is quite up in years.

Can some please offer thoughts on correct dosage base on his glucose behavior over the past few days? I'm not sure if 2.5U is too much to restart are if the bounces are due to extreme lows. Work schedule doesn't permit regular testing during the day.

I can't advise on dose. I'm thinking you have had him checked for bad teeth or infection. Do you know what caused the relapse?

Not sure what caused the relapse. His teeth are a bit dirty, but he isn't in a state to get them cleaned right now. Vet isn't sure what caused it either. We decided on the lantus because it is what worked last time. Vet suggested the 2.5U as the start. Results are quite interesting.
