I've always thought this to be somewhat odd, too.

I guess it's 'cat-speak' for Healing Vibes.

I think it was originally a typo on FDMB. Someone meant to type vibes but accidentally hit the N key instead of the B key, which is understandable since N and B are right next to each other on the keyboard. The message was posted and people started using vines to send positive thoughts.
