Sammy was cuddly last night, and I know when she is wanting to be near/on me in the bed, she is probably lowish. Sure enough, I got up at 2am and she was a lovely 162. I had trouble getting back to sleep, so was still up two hours later. Her demeanour had changed, and she didnt care to sit with me. Sure enough, she had bounced up to 324/

I am going to try to purchase some Levemir for her today. Do I use the same dose that I am using on Lantus?

And yes, going to postpone the dental. Thanks for the input.

Normally Levemir is started at 70% of the current dose but as low as her dose is now I would start her on the same dose.
