Good morning! Sammy had a nice low nadir last night at 85 and we are staring the day in the blues! l

Perhaps her Levemir is settling in now and we will see some good control? Paws crossed.

Froze a few cans of FF yesterday.... that worked awesome for overnight snacking, except at some point what was left of the block of food was pushed off the plate onto the mat. Apparently my cats are far to civilized to eat off the mat, so there it sat. I noted it was still cold this morning at 5am, though, so am encouraged that this is a great way to keep the food fresh overnight.

I had thought I was going to freeze pucks of food in muffin pans. Sure glad I just tried the can itself first... run under hot water, open, and pop the block out. Easy peasy.

ROFL That is why frozen pucks go in low flat bowls. This is also a great trick for anytime you need to miss a meal time like catching dinner and a movie or having a night out.

I have a cat that cant eat in anything, pushes off the plate or smashes down into the bowl. Only way she can really get it, is if I mix it with water and she drinks it. Which I have to do every other day anyway, to give her miralax.
