You definitely want to be feeding the below-50 numbers (not sure what the +2.5 was). It's just after he rises above that level (which fingers crossed he will, soon!), you want to step back and see if he can maintain them on his own.
 
OK, Moose really has settled down here and is determined to get as much of that yummy HC food as possible!

Around this time in the cycle is when he seems to usually start turning it around, let's hope he follows his usual patterns.
 
How long should I keep checking? I'm prepared to stay up all night if needed, but I do have to be at work in a few hours and would like to sneak a few hours of sleep in if I can!

If not it's fine, coffee will do the trick :)
 
I'd plan on at least one more test, and then go from there. He's been pretty stubborn tonight, you want to make sure he doesn't have any more tricks up his sleeve-- but I hear you, I'm also eyeing the clock and thinking about having to get up for work! Let's hope the next test shows a convincing rise :).

Ok thank you! You're right, I feel like he usually rises a little faster than this. I'll keep a close eye on him. Moose, I know you just want more food! ;)

If you need to go to bed then please do! You have been great help. Now that things are in the dark green, I don't feel as nervous. Let's hope it stays that way!

He really is informing you in no uncertain terms that he doesn't need as much juice now, isn't he?
