An elderly lady just lost her husband and was about to have Jack put down. He is diabetic, I am not sure of his DX date.
My vet met us over there to do physical and blood draws to make sure we weren't dealing with FELV / FIV or FIP - all that came back negative.
Jack came here today and is in a playpen and my two others are getting to know him through the screened area.
It has been almost 4 years since my sweet Lucky girl passed so I am a little out of practice but she trained me well.
So thankful for this group. I asked about Libre vs AT and am more comfortable with the AT at this point given the not knowing when the Libre stops working and the need to do some manual testing etc seems like I might as well just use the AT that Lucky trained me so well to do.
