Hi everyone,

Moritz's appetite has not been good lately, so I've been trying different things to encourage him. I read that tuna really isn't good for cats, but I'm wondering if it might be OK to give him a bit (just tuna in water). Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Sure it's OK to give some tuna if it helps him to eat. I used to make tuna water from a can of tuna in water to use for the same reason and also to have tasty water to syringe after bad tasting medicine for my cats.

Please read the ingredients carefully on the can, as some of the tuna in water contains soy, and I've heard that soy is bad for cats.
