Is this variety of 9 Lives ok?

I had a limited choice of cat food to choose from at my small local market.

So I had to get a few cans of 9 Lives Prime Grill with Real Beef.

I am almost certain it is on J & B list, but wanted 2 sets of eyes to make sure.
I am just at a loss as to how to get my Berty Boy regulated.

Yes. It has about 6% of calories from carbs, so it is good.
