Is this too high carb for a civie?

My two civies like to snack on The Honest Kitchen Prowl, http://www.thehonestkitchen.com/products/prowl/ They are fed mainly NV frozen raw. Using the calculator on Janet's web site and the as fed values posted on The Honest Kitchen's web site, I calculated out the carbs to be 14% of calories. It's just over what FDMB considers "low carb" but it is too much for a civie?

I don't think 14% is too high for a civie. In fact, I use that product with my diabetic as a topper when his is hungry but not eating. It gets him to chow down. I don't notice difference in his numbers, but I am just sprinkling it.
