? Is this OK to use?

I found this product on holiday and was wondering if it was safe to use instead of Zobaline. It is a gel capsule with liquid inside not powder. It is called Methibion 1000mcg and the ingredients are listed as Mecobalamin JP 1000mcg and Excipients qs

I couldn't see it either. Zobaline has 3 mg methyl, so you'd need to use 3 of the methibion and add folic acid to aid in the absorption.
