Is this food suitable for diabetics?

No idea. Although, Kiwi as second ingredient may spike the carb count with natural sugar. I suggest emailing the manufacturer and ask for the carb count. I have done this several times and have received prompt, informative info.
 
So 1-2% is that ok? Even tho it has Kiwi and starch etc? My cat also has kidney disease and this food has Low phosphorus.
Sorry, but I cannot answer that. It is well within the carb percentages that are appropriate for diabetics, but you will probably want to research the details and determine for yourself what ingredients you are comfortable with.

Also, different cats react differently to things.

Thanks! I have never given him anything with Kiwi or carrot or cranberries before so was hoping to hear from members who have. Dare not take any chance that will affect him.
