first, i'm not sure i'm using the correct term 'rebound'

Ss isnt up to date because we are dosing anywhere from +6 to +12 which is impossible to record on ss.

What is happening is mr b has been doing well with increases until this last one where instead of seeing better numbers, i'm seeing less movement. Nadirs are not as low, preshots are not getting lower. He is drinking so much and peeing so much.

I am testing him so many times at all hours. I see no indication of low numbers. We have not been below 150 to my knowledge. Lowest nadir number has been 187. I cannot tell if his body thinks this is hypo and is dumping stored glucose or if that is just a myth or what to do when this happens.

Do i decrease? Stick to my guns? Halp!

I really need to see the BG values and times. You can use the standard SS by not filling in the dose in the column but instead putting it in the remarks column
