Is there a current food value chart?

I have a diabetic kitty in remission now for one year. After taking all dry food out of her diet and watching the carbs in the wet food I give her I believe is the reason she is in remission. As the food companies seem to change their ingredient values, I have to calculate the cans to make sure the values are still ok. Just wondering if there has been an updated chart made recently.
