Is Sorbitol in toothpaste okay for sugar kitties?

I recently purchased this toothpaste from Chewy and failed to check the ingredients. When I received it, I noticed that Sorbitol is the first ingredient in the ingredient list. Is Sorbitol okay for our diabetic cats?

@MinnerPip, this is the toothpaste I purchased. I'm not sure if this is suitable for our babies, though.

In small amounts, sorbitol is ok. However, it can cause GI upset/diarrhea.

It's fine CET is a recommended toothpaste to use for diabetic cats. @Maddie & Kai recently started using it. I've used it and saw no difference with bg levels.
