Is Lionel's (GA) Phil still here?

I know that Lionel crossed the bridge several months ago, and I don't know whether Phil still checks in with the board or not. Angel has so many of the same problems as Lionel, and I recall that Lionel had recurrent UTIs at the end. I didn't see any way to access any old messages that Phil posted.
