If it is doable, how do we attach the old data and can we change the chart's name? Or fix the problem with the current chart. Chart is edited my by. IPad and computer Mac.

I'm not sure I see where the inconsistency is. Could you explain where you see the issue?

If you want to try to fix it, add a new tab/page to the SS by clicking on the + sign at the bottom left of the SS. You will need to copy the first 2 rows and paste them to the new tab. If you click on the bucket icon, at the bottom of the color menu it says, "conditional formatting." Click on this and a dialogue box will open. You will need to then block the SS by sections (i.e., the AMPS column, the section between the dose or U column and PMPS, and then everything after the PM dose column) and specify the conditions for formatting. In other words, >500 you click on the black for numbers above 500 to be coded black, then between 400 - 500 you click on red, etc.

Your spreadsheet looks ok to me, too. All the color coding seems right. If you've just got a small problem, there are techie folks here who can help get something simple worked out.

Looks good to me, too!

I do want to comment on the 36 from yesterday. It's really best if you retest a number like that immediately, just to be sure it's either real or a wonky test. If a number like that real, you want to treat with high carb food right away - even in just half an hour, a number like that can drop further and you could end up with a very bad situation. Plus, if that number is "real", it would mean a dose reduction, so again, you would want to confirm right away whether or not it's an accurate reading.

First, re: yesterday,s 36. You are absolutely right. I should have retested immediately but we had workers in the house and she seemed fine , just a little wary of the strangers.

Next, re:the chart - the color coding comes and goes and I am told a fatal error has occurred. Has one of these sheets ever crashed? I would hate to lose all this data.
Please advise.

Marje has been fixing spreadsheets recently. I'll send her the link to yours and see if she has time to see what's up.

I haven't heard of one ever crashing, but no, you wouldn't want to lose your data.
