is cerenia safe?

does anyone know anything about cerenia? is it safe for cats? my vet likes to give it to my cats and i don't really know that much about it. one of them is on budesonide, methimazole, metronidazole... i wonder if cerenia is ok with all that stuff. thanks.

My Ruby was on it for a little while when she was first diagnosed and didn't have any problems with it.

Grey took it for nausea from CRF, no side effects from it. I think it was the pepcid I had to make sure to dose alone, else it would cancel any effects of the cerenia? I think?
