Is Capstar OK during the first week of insulin?

We started our cat Phoebe on insulin on Tuesday, and we're just starting to get her into a good routine. She picked up fleas at a vet visit a couple of weeks ago, and I've been giving all three cats Capstar (nitenpyram) once or twice a week to try to put a stop to the flea situation. I skipped Phoebe on Wednesday, since we were so new with the insulin and I didn't want to add anything else to her system.

At this point, does anyone have thoughts about whether it would be ok to give her Capstar today? Or should I dose the other cats, and wait a few more days for Phoebe? I haven't seen any fleas in about a week, but I usually keep going for a while to make sure they're all gone.
