Hi it's me and Adam from the Facebook page. You might know him as chubby. We have been on our journey 3 years now. We have a multi cat house and a gigantic breed dog in our family. My son also has Autism / Epilepsy so it's not dull or boring at all! Chubby is a huge carbaholic and I have had made Meme about it and posted in the FB page. He got the toaster oven open the other day and was eating crumbs. This is the lowest his numbers have been in years. We just started using the spreadsheet because I couldn't get it to work on my phone and finally figured it out.
A little about me u have don't rescues for 26 year mostly medical and bottle babies but also did TNR now retired and I opened a non profit pet food pantry because I had nothing to do lol that's hysterical concidering.how crazy our house gets.

Hi and welcome!

I giggled looking at the spreadsheet comments cause Adam seems to get into the dog food a lot huh? You’re starting to see some consistent blues which is awesome. He may be on his way to a smaller dose. I know you mentioned how hectic your household can be but I’m wondering if you’re able to get some pm tests in. We like to see at least a +2 every day so we can gauge how low the dose is taking him overnight.

Oh he gets into anything that's not nailed down. Baked ziti , spaghetti, muffin mix, muffins, oh and his favorite was stealing a glazed donut off my son's plate and running off with it.. I know I need to try to get PM testing but his shot is at 10 pm and if I want to test 2 hours later that's midnight. By then I am done. The other issue is he sleeps with our son and if we open the door he hears it and wakes up. I need to push his time back again. We stalled this morning and it was almost 11am so that will mess me up for a day or so. I know I can push him back 30 mins and he is fine.

Yes I am going to try to get it back some. The mornings are nuts here till after 8:30 am and I would have to figure out a way of staying in the bedroom while the others ate , then bring him out to do his stuff and then feed him . We use a timed feeder over night so I can change the times for that as needed

His numbers went back up again. We think he might be dropping low over night and then spiking back up. I.had his time back to 9:30 but was helping someone with a hypo on the Facebook page and he didn't get his shot till 10 which was his normal time anyways so he was ok. I will try to get him back earlier tmrw. Idk how far back I can go though because my mornings are crazy till after 8:30.
Thanks for checking on us.

Are you able to get any tests in during the PM cycles. I would say he is most likely dropping low at night and the bouncing.
Seeing some tests in the on cycles will help us see if that is happening.

I got his time backed up to 9:30 am today. Idk how late I can stay up tonight. If I am in alot of pain my meds makes me sleepy. Working on getting him to an earlier time so I can do more testing..which he hates
