Introducing Tank and Cabergoline questions

I'm not sure how to post to this, so I may be doing this wrong, but I'm new to this group and I have an acrocat... Tank. I am about to start cabergoline and I had a question or two...

Tell us about your Tank. What kind of insulin is he on? When was he diagnosed with diabetes and when diagnosed with acromegaly? How old is he? Do you home test his BG and do you have a spreadsheet?
