Its a good read. I think a lot of vets really need to read this over and take it to heart. Especially the ones who start with high doses, (over 1U), amd those that encourage full unit dose increases, and those that do not feel clients should home test, and those that push RX high carb foods as an appropriate diet for a diabetic.
