911 Insulin or no insulin

With no spreadsheet or other data, I would skip.
If she has a history of ketones, please monitor her for ketones. You can stall without feeding for 20 minutes to see if she comes up, then give a token dose (something like 0.25U) - but if you do that you must be around to monitor

I also would reduce the dose, at minimum down to 1.75U.

Has there been a recent diet change? Any other health issues? What does she eat? And what meter do you use?

Please fill this out
Here is a link helping us to help you link. If you noticed, our members have some basic information about their cat's in their signature. This helps us to not pester you by asking the same questions (your cat's name, insulin type, date of diagnosis, etc.) repeatedly. We also have a link to our spreadsheet in our signature. We are very numbers driven. The spreadsheet is a record of your cat's progress. By linking it in your signature, we can follow along and provide feedback should you need the help.

I see on some of your past posts you have a link to a spreadsheet that doesn't look like ours, and only goes up to Sept and says your cat was on Vetsulin then
Can you please do your signature and a new spreadsheet

If you need help with any of this please ask and I can tag a member to help you out with this
Members have no spreadsheet to look at and see how she's been doing on Lantus and when did you change from Vetsulin to Lantus?

Do you see at the end of everyone's post in gray writing it has information about our cats and a link to our spreadsheet

I just went to your spreadsheet link from previous posts and decided to tap on TEMPLATES, I see your spreadsheet for Lantus and all the dates in your remarks column, something is not right
and nothing there for November, and no tests at all after the morning and night time doses
If you want I can tag someone to help straighten your spreadsheet out
