insulin glargine storage

i was reading the insert from the gargline pens and it says that a pen in use must no longer be stored in the refrigerator ???

 

That is for humans who are using pen needles. It's fine for in the fridge if you are using syringes. More information on the Sticky Note on Insulin in the Lantus forum.
