Ingredients in this food

Hi, Calling all experts, do you see any issues with the ingredients in this food? I calculate 6.5 carbs, which isn't super great but..... My boy has hyperesthesia syndrome and i am forever on the hunt for ways to help that. This food has L-Tryptohan in it which could be helpful. It doesnt seem to be readily available so i may have to get a local store to order it for me. OR I can do more research on L-Tryptophan and just give him a supplement. Anyways, any red flags? It's Royal Canin Multifunction Urinary/Calm.

I have run these numbers through two different carb calculators and, unless I am doing something wrong, I get 39% carbs! I know RC does have some foods with really high carb percentages.

I can believe 39% since there is not much fat in that food.

I thought that the way you calculate carbs was by subtracting protein, fat, fiber, moisture, and ash from 100. ???
