Overnight we agreed to an Abdominal Ultra Sound for our 6yr old Male furbaby, Romeo.

The Vets found Romeo's Pancreas inflamed and suspect that to be the cause for pushing him into DKA.
His liver does look reactive. They suspect it could be reactive from the inflammation which may lead to fatty liver disease.
His Lymph nodes are enlarged & reactive. Vet suspects it could be from the degree of inflammation from the pancreatitis. Or could be an underlying form of cancer, but he finds that less likely.

I have to remove him from this Urgent Care as they close in the morning and will bring him to a 24/7 Hospital this morning.

Any info or insight you can share from Romeo's new results?

Sounds like he could have pancreatitis which will not prevent regulation. But not sure about lymph nodes. :bighug:
