? Increase dose? Exhibiting thirst

Jimmy started to drink water this afternoon after his PM shot. I've even been putting water in his wet. He finished having some food about an hour ago and planning to test at 9:30. If his numbers jump up to the black...do I increase dose tomorrow am?

I suggest you post on the Lantus forum to get dosing advice. It's a large forum with a lot of very experienced people on it. The water drinking can be related to his elevated BG level.
