? I'm confused....Bounce...Increase....??? help me understand....

So Nova is in a bounce judging from her amps. I do understand what a bounce means, but I am VERY skeptical as to giving her an increase at this time...aren't we supposed to wait until the bounce clears before deciding? Wouldn't an increase in insulin make her bounce even more? Something does not feel right to me... I'd appreciate all the advice you have. Thank you in advance.
