I am casting a wide net hoping for some food for extremely pickey eater with pancreatitis

My guy Lando loves kibble and has cast aside a bunch of food during bouts of pancreatitis causing food aversions.
I am looking for any suggestions and below is a list of what i have already tried:
DrElseys ( all flavors) kibble + pate / Fancy feast pates / sheba / tiki cat / weruva / soulistic ( his favorite right now) / ziwi peak / young again / cats in the kitchen / im sure there are a few others but i cant remember.
Anything with gravy seems hopeful

ps ive been reluctant to try raw since it seems so complicated

THANKS in advance and hope everyone is doing well!

How long since the pancreatitis? I found I sometimes had to feed Sheba dry for a few days until I could get her back on low carb canned/raw.
I feed my cats only raw now...have for several years, I find it is cheaper than canned food and I only use good quality human grade meats.

Sheba dry? Haha i didnt know that existed! So pancreatitis is my GUESS. Lando was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis two years ago and i am guessing that this is the cause of his eating issues.
I will dive into the raw option again. I had such a strong aversion to it since i dont eat meat and its easier to open a can or bag where it doesnt look like an animal ;)
So many people swear by the raw diet tho… so thank you for the extra reminder
Thanks for the reply! It helps so much

Checkers is a fussy boy, but he loves Stella and Chewys freeze dried chicken. You are supposed to add water but he prefers it dry. As soon as I grab the bag he comes running:cat:.
