Hi Roxie has been doing well for months , except she occasionally gets into recycling or licking our food when we go to bathroom. We know put t food up high and leave no dishes around. Last night she went to the bathroom ( stool.three times) then got sleepy. Today she went 4 times and it was pale brown mush. She eating okay...ate breakfast and lunch okay , supper she wouldn't touch her food but ate treats and tuna( was testing if she would eat at all) no more stools but she sleepy. No playing either but she really only played like 20 minutes a day before. Is this related to diabetics you think?.jen

Maybe she just got into something that disagreed with her?

The only diabetes-related thing that springs to mind would be pancreatitis, which can sometimes have an effect on stool. Here's A Primer On Pancreatitis for more info.

If she isn't better soon, I'd give the vet a call. Any time a cat's appetite is "off" it could be a sign of something brewing that needs to get checked out, and it's a significant worry when a diabetic cat doesn't eat.

Hi at 4:30 am she begged to eat she only wanted tuna so I gave her a little to stimulate appetite then put a bit of regular food on my finger she licked it off, so I held the food dish
Up a little in my arm just under her mouth and she ate half of it. Then wanted cuddles even played for a few minutes. She a bit sleepy this morning after wanting cuddles again, but no more running to litter box no vomiting either.
