Hi I came across a discount card called SingleCare which you can print off and a coupon. It would cost 71.74 for one pen just in case you had to get one asap
It would be CVS Pharmacy. I called them to make sure that if my vet wrote a script for my cat would they fill it, they said yes.
The other place that accepts the Single Care is Walmart but they charge 79.73
I just thought if you got in a jam and needed it right away that you could get one at either pharmacy.
Just Google Single Care and just put in Lantus and the drop down will show you the pen
Just hit print coupon and the card will come up and you can print it, have it texted to you or emailed to you
