I made a mistake - IBD flare up?

I think I made a mistake and Harley having a flareup of his IBD. I cooked some hamburger and forgot to drain off the fat. Harley has had over the last few days and now is acting sick, laying around, not playing etc. He is on 1ml budesonide once daily. What can I do to help him? What is worse, I leave for Iowa early tomorrow AM and won't be back until Sunday night.

Never. This is the first one he has had. I had to leave for Saturday and he is slightly better, but I can still tell something is a miss.
