Mickey's numbers have been stuck in the 300's except last 2 cycles.
Can you please look at my SS.
I tested him twice once at a 180 and 171. Have a half hour until shot is due. He is eating now. If he doesn't go over 200. No shot? Or just above still give him the 3.8 units I have been giving him?

What's your work schedule for today? I like that you have some good numbers and would hate to break that, but I also don't know ProZinc, just PZI.

I would wait that 30 minutes and test again. He will probably be over 200 because of the food.

Then maybe 1/2 your dose (just under 2), or 1 unit if you are feeling nervous? I wouldn't give him the same 3.8, but I wouldn't skip the shot either. If you are going to be home and can watch, it will be good data to have for the 2 units. But if you are nervous and haven't dealt with any low numbers, you could play it safe with the one.

Let's see what others say.
 
Your PMPS have been dropping too. I think it's time to reduce the dose. If this was Sam, here's what I'd do: over 200 I'd give him 1 u or less. Still under 200, I might give .5 or skip, depending on how much under. I hope someone else comes along with some more ideas.
 
Unfortunately I have to be at work at 2pm and that is just at the 3 hr mark. Will not be back until 1020pm tonight at the +10hr
Yep it has been months since I saw a low number at ps. I will be back and let you know what it is just before the shot about 10 mins.

Will wait to see what the next number is. When did he eat, just in case the next number is a food spike number or not? Since you're out most of the day, I may reduce the dose, but again, I'm thinking PZI stuff, is ProZinc close to PZI or does it need consistency?
 
If you are going to be gone, I would play it safe and give a token dose of .5 and leave out food.

I think if your number is over 200, it can be because it is influenced by the food and you may not be looking at a true number. That makes it tricker to decide.
 
You cracked me up. That's a lot of temptation treats. I need to send you some freeze dried chicken for him to try. Would you believe Lilly Grace wont even try a temptation treat. The only treats she'll eat are freeze dried tuna flakes or freeze dried chicken. Everything else she bats away. Smart kitty :P
 
Gotta love LG, she is a smart girl. We have chicken treats but he is hit or miss with them. The temptations I know he will eat. I needed total cooperation from him.
