I finally tested Georgie's BG myself

Oh my gosh now he is all the way up to BG 156 on the Relion..... It is not his shot time though, that passed.
Do I wait another hour and test again or give him a shot anyway?
 
How long past his "normal" shot time are you? About an hour? IF he ate good an hour ago, and your schedule can deal with it, I'd wait 1 more hour and then test...if he's over 200, then he'd need insulin...maybe .5 unit or even .25

Just have to remember that tomorrow's shot will need to be "backed up" 2 hours also
