I use an Alphatrak 2.

She’s up to 213 (9:00) still not eating. do I give her a reduced dose or skip?

We don’t have a lot of info on Sammie but If Sammie isn’t eating and you’re not able to monitor throughout the day, I’m inclined to skip even though 213 is a safe number. Has Sammie had DKA before?

She’s had trace ketones previously.

She went up to 294 to 308 after eating some. I gave 1 unit. I can test again at 5:30. Any suggestions? Should I post here again before her evening dose?
