Question is hyperthyroidism also auto immune?
Pumpkin started loosing weight the same time Maisey (Diabetic) did. Didn't worry too much since Pumpkin has always worked hard at living up to her name sake.
Pumpkin BG was 85 and Vinney 40. All the kitties are now on Maisey's low carb wet food. Pumpkin has gone from 16 to 8 pounds, but could afford that weight loss. Pumpkin went in for annual today and she had T4 of 24 so now on half a 5mg two times a day. Vets said her current weight is fine for her.
