How to upload picture of my baby, "Oliver"

Are you trying to add the picture in your signature, as an avatar (to the right side of all your posts) or just one photo in a message? Or something else entirely?

Yes, Christine, I would like to add "Oliver's" picture to my signature, as an avatar on the right side of the screen. I see a lot of people with their pictures of their babies, and I would like to post mine as well. Can you tell me how to do this? I would appreciate it.
