How to squirt caps?

is there a away to liquidfy a capsule and put it in a syringe to squirt in mouth?
not able to pill Buddy since his teeth extraction... hopeing to get Ab's in him this way, if possible. Thanks.

Just crush it very finely and mix. However. some capsules/tablets are enteric coated (a barrier applied to oral medication that controls the location in the digestive system where it is absorbed) and thus crushing is not recommended..

Water or other liquid. I you have an oral syringe which has a bigger opening you can mix with food.

I take apart an oral syringe, empty the capsule into it, put the plunger back in, suck up some liquid and maybe soft cat food, shake well to mix, then administer.

Thanks for asking....Buddy is doing better today, i.e. eating alittle more (baby food). hard to say how he is really,
being on Bup shots every 8 hrs.
I aready paid $ 48.00 for caps, and it would be another 60.00 for the liquid
now-( vet didnt have any in stock, which is how
i ended up with caps, i guess ) so i'll deal with what i have. Already cost me $970 for his dental, which is
way more than my dental in 10 years! :roll:

It is so expensive going to the vet. Too late now but there is pet insurance, which I don't have either! :roll:
