Anybody know how to print a spreadsheet? When I did it it came out pretty small because it's not a big SS. Its not a problem just a little difficult to read. I want to bring a copy for the vet tomorrow

I haven't tried it but it should be the printer icon right above the spreadsheet...NOT the 'print' from your browser. ...then again I might be totally wrong....but you might TRY it...

Go to the toolbar in the SS, right above the editing toolbar and your bg numbers. In the menu that appears Print is the very last one. Click on that.

Most people just give their vet the link to the SS so the vet can look at the up-to-date numbers right away when they call to discuss a curve or recent numbers.

There are two ways you could print. There is a printer icon on the same row of icons where you see "undo," "redo," "10pt," "$", "%," etc. You can click on that.

The second way is to click on "file" menu item -- this is the menu item for Google Docs -- not the one for your browser. Then click on "Download as" and choose PDF. When you get the PDF file created, you can save it then edit it.

With either method, you can highlight the rows you want to print, then check "current" on the menu asking "What parts?"
