How to locate Spreadsheet?

I am new to this site and I followed the instructions to upload the spreadsheet and it is now a hyperlink. But I cannot find it under my documents so that I can start inputting my cats glucose levels. Please help.

Sine it is a spreadsheet, not a document, it should be under "Sheets". With Docs in your browser click on the main menu (three horizontal like) in the upper right and select Sheets.
