how to calculate % carbs

I just received the following info from Friskies:

For your convenience, listed below are the as fed percentages for each nutrient in our Purina(r) Friskies(r) Cat Food Special Diet Classic Paté Turkey & Giblets Dinner For Adult Cats that you requested:

Protein: 11.1%
Fat: 7.6%
Ash: 2.0%
Fiber: 0.1%
Moisture: 77.5%

I am trying to figure out how to calculate the % carbs. I saw the posting at the top of the main board, but wasn't sure I was following the computational guidance correctly. Any assistance is appreciated!

is the formula

(100 - (11.1 + 7.6 + 2.0 + 0.1 + 77.5))/ .21?

If yes, then this comes out to 8.1% carbs.
