Which dosing protocol are you following? SLGS or TR?
I see that you've changed the dose fairly often and with Lantus it's best if you can stick to the same dose for a set number of days, unless of course the number is less than safe (obviously not shooting that 38 the other night)...however, you cannot determine your dose based on just the AM or PM numbers. It's really based on the lowest number that Walter reaches during each cycle.
Do you work outside of the home? On some days you have some tests, and others no tests...
We typically increase and decrease in .25 increments - not whole units...
