How many times I can prick on one ear "sweet spot"

I cut Mimi's left ear badly yesterday, so I leave it alone and start to prick the right one, blood or no blood, same edge (same spot) about 6 or 7 times in 24 hours....
Can I prick on bruise?
 
Don't poke on the bruise. Move down the ear a ways or up a little, just staying in that area on the edge of the ear.

To minimize bruising, hold the ear for a few seconds after the poke. You can also use neosporin - without or without pain relief - to help heal the ear.
