How long does ProZinc last?

I'm curious to see everyone's opinion on how long it lasts for you? On the ProZinc website I found nothing that said it expires but I've seen posts on here where people said it seems to lose efficacy when they get to the end of the bottle. I had my bottle for almost exactly 5 months and now that I've switched to the new bottle she's pulling red numbers. I've lowered her dose to 1.6 to see what that does. I'm not worried about it due to the progress she's been making with everyone's help here :) but I am wondering what experiences people have had with it.

Certainly there may be some bouncing.
I'm wondering, though, if you have a slight duration issue (10/17/2015 hints at that). Pick an evening or two when you can do it and get string of tests at +9, +10, +11 and pre-shot. If the glucose suddenly jumps up a lot an hour or more before the next pre-shot, those higher pre-shots you are seeing won't be bouncing, but a lack of duration.

Also, do not lower the dose for bounces; hold onto it. Eventually, the body will get used to the lower numbers.

See the ProZinc guidelines posted here.

Merlin was not a high dose cat so consequently my bottle would last 6-7 months. I never saw any loss of potency in any of my bottles. Just in case though, I would decrease my first couple of doses of a new bottle by 0.20u but I found that I really never needed to do that. So I think Prozinc if stored properly can last a pretty long time.
